2. What is the working principle of wood shavings pellet machine?

The working principle of the ecological wood shavings pellet machine: press loose and amorphous wood shavings, wood particle, corn stalks, cotton stalks, straw, rice husk, sawdust and other biomass wastes with the roller die of wood shavings pellet mill, and compress them into biomass fuel pellets with cylinder shape and high density, under a certain temperature.

The production process of wood particle pellet machine: crush materials with a hammer mill directly, control length and moisture of materials within a predetermined range, feed materials into feeding port of wood shavings pellet machine, and then press them into particles.
